How to Safely Upgrade Chocolatey to a New Version

On macOS I use Homebrew to mange packages, on Windows I use Chocolatey. However I always forget how to upgrade the Choloatey utility itself.

So this is how you do it:

choco upgrade chocolatey

Now I’ll never forget!
